Jurnal Yudisial is a periodical legal journal managed and published by the Center for Analysis and Information Services of the Judicial Commission of the Republic of Indonesia. The first edition was published in 2007.

Jurnal Yudisial publishes articles on court decisions or other decision analyses written by legal academicians, practitioners, and other competent parties. Jurnal Yudisial is a member of the Indonesian Law Journal Association (Asosiasi Pengelola Jurnal Hukum Indonesia/APJHI). 

Jurnal Yudisial, a periodical legal science journal, will be published three times a year, in April, August, and December. Articles accepted and collated within one periodical will be published in hardcopy and online. The online version can be fully accessed via the Journal’s website. Articles published shall be fully considered the respective authors’ opinion and argumentation and consequently shall not be considered representative of the editorial board’s or the Center’s opinion and beliefs.

The manuscripts submitted and to be published cover the broad spectrum of law, i.e., Civil Law, Administrative Law, Indonesian Law, Business Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, International Law, Islamic Law,Legal Philosophy, Customary Law, Economic law, and Human Rights Law. 

All submitted articles shall never been published elsewhere, original, and not under consideration for other publication. Jurnal Yudisial will screen plagiarism.

Authors submit their draft articles to the editorial board at no cost.

Two reviewers shall review the articles submitted. The editors also added information about an author’s affiliation. All online journal system processes shall be reviewed and improved from time to time.

Since June 2017, we have been proud members of CROSSREF. Jurnal Yudisial DOI prefix is 10.29123. Therefore, all articles published by Jurnal Yudisial will have a unique DOI number.
