Focus Scope

Jurnal Yudisial contains original articles that never been published before about analyses on Judge's decisions or other dispute decisions that have actuality and complexity of legal issues either from Indonesian courts/quasi-judicial institutions or abroad. 

This journal has a vision to become an International journal. The journal has two missions : 

1) To serve as a forum for the Indonesian legal community in supporting an accountable, honest, and fair judiciary;

2) To support the authority and duty of the Judicial Commision of the Republic of Indonesia in preserving and upholding the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct for Judges.
