Copyright Transfer Agreement

As part of our commitment to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring a smooth publication process, all authors are required to complete and sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA). This document serves as an official statement that the copyright of the submitted article will be transferred to Jurnal Yudisial. Once the article is accepted for publication. By signing this agreement, authors retain their moral rights to the work while granting the journal the exclusive rights to publish, distribute, and manage the article in accordance with the applicable policies. Authors are encouraged to carefully read and fully understand the terms of the CTA before signing. Please complete and upload this document as a mandatory requirement for the publication process.
