Author Guidelines
Jurnal Yudisial is a periodical legal journal managed and published by the Center for Analysis and Information Services. First published in 2007, Jurnal Yudisial contains articles on the results of analyses of decisions of adjudication bodies in Indonesia and abroad, written by academics, practitioners, networks, and other competent parties. A maximum of three decisions can be used as objects of analysis in this article, and they must be within the last 10 years.
Author Guidelines
Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the editors should comply with the author's guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or using a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements (downloadable at: Manuscript Template and Author Guidelines). This template is designed to assist Author in preparing manuscript; it is an exact representation of the format expected by the editor. To use this template, please just Save As this MS Word file to your document, then copy and paste your document here. All papers submitted to the journal should be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia language.
Paper Format

The word limit for the submission is 7000-10.000 words (including of bodynotes and abstract);

The sequence of manuscripts following: Title; Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Method (Please note that Jurnal Yudisial uses new manuscript template from the 2025 edition (method is not written separately in a subchapter itself); Main Heading Analysis; Conclusion; and References;

Referencing style uses the APA Style.
Title
The Title are written with Times New Roman (14pt). Author(s) name, affiliations and corresponding author’s email: e-mail. The title is written in Indonesian and English if the manuscript is written in Indonesian.
Abstract
The abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. This abstract should provide a brief introduction to the problem, number of judges decision, objective of paper, followed by a statement regarding the method and a brief summary of results. Font with Times New Roman (11 pt) and preferably no more than 200-250 words with 1 spacing, with no citations. The abstract is written in Indonesian and English if the manuscript is written in Indonesian.
Keywords
Keywords arranged by alphabetically and should have at least three keywords and maximum five keywords separated by a semicolon (;).
Introduction
The introduction should be clear and provide the issue to be discussed in the manuscript. The introduction presents legal issues considered relevant as background to the decision that will be the object of analysis in this paper, followed by an explanation of the case and a selective discussion of problematic legal considerations. The author must state which judge's considerations are highlighted and analyzed by the author in this article (the decision number and the original quotation from the panel of judges' considerations are included in the manuscript). At the end of the paragraph, the author/s should end with a comment on the significance concerning identification of the issue and the objective of research.
Method
This Method are optional. Please note that Jurnal Yudisial uses new manuscript template from the 2025 edition (method is not written separately in a subchapter itself).
Analysis and Discussion
This section is the most important section of your article. It should contain the study's results and be clear and concise. The analysis should at least provide more detailed information on the problematic findings identified by the author regarding the case and the judge's considerations in the decision. The analysis should also focus on the author's stance on the judge's considerations chosen as the object of analysis in this article. The author must include theory as an analytical tool in the article.
Conclusion
Conclusion contains a description that should answer the objectives of research and the legal issues. Do not repeat the Abstract or simply describe the results of the research. Give a clear explanation regarding the possible application and/or suggestions related to the research findings.
References
The Jurnal Yudisial uses APA Style in the References at the end of the manuscript. Cite only items that you have read and written on bodynotes. Please use Reference Manager Applications like EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, etc. Use other published articles in the same journal as models. All publications cited in the text should be included in the References section and arranged alphabetically. Expect a minimum of 15 references, primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers published in the last 10 years. The citation quick guide can be found at

The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines which is found in About the Journal.
